Necronicus, intergalactic warlord, had been hunting his arch enemy Cosmic Titan, when the trail led him to Earth. When he finally located his nemesis, a titanic battle ensued. During the pitched battle, Cosmic Titan called up his companions in the so-called Legion of Valor and managed to drive Necronicus off, after severely injuring him.
Deciding that he would need a local army of his own, Necronicus has been steadily building the Fallen Legion. Primarily composed of mutants, meta-humans and other powerful criminals, Necronicus plans to eventually attack the Legion of Valor and destroy Cosmic Titan. When his hated enemy lies dead at his feet, Necronicus will claim Earth as his prize!
